Pro Laint ML30 Gen9 when i loging its said "Username and password do not match"

Hi Guys

When i loging to local https://localhost:2381/cpqlogin.php?errno=100&severity=4 its said  "Username and password do not match" icant loging  i trying enter the authenication passowrd for domain  the same  issue > wanna help plz

As per your information, I could understand that there is HPE System Management Homepage application  installed into your server, and you want to log into this application.

If I am right, Please use your windows server OS user id and password to log into this application by which user you are login right now. if not  please un-install the application and re-install via SPP.

HPE System Management Homepage already installed in my server  and loging with same windows server OS user id and password but  not login its shown the same massage i sent "Username and password do not match"

Once try with OS Administrator account. if not logged in to it. remove the application. and re install it by SPP.

Check Browser and URL:

Service Restart:

Restarting the HP System Management Homepage service might resolve the issue:

  • Connect to your server via Remote Desktop or physically.
  • Open a command prompt or PowerShell as an administrator.
  • Restart the service by executing the following commands:

net stop hpasmxld

net start hpasmxld

Reinstall HP System Management Homepage:

If the issue persists, consider reinstalling the HP System Management Homepage software:

  • Uninstall the existing installation from Control Panel > Programs and Features.
  • Download the latest version from the HPE support website.
  • Install the new version and configure it.

Verify Domain Authentication Settings:

If your server is joined to a domain, ensure that domain authentication is correctly set up:

  • Go to the HP System Management Homepage settings.
  • Verify that the authentication settings are correctly configured for domain authentication.
