Problem with ML 350 G3 PowerSupply (redundant)

One of the 2 PSU are "green light out", we change the PSU, but also "green light out". So we chnage the PowerBoard, but nothing is happen.

We test the changed PSU and PowerBoard in another ML350 G3, i dont know how, but in this server the Parts are working.

What can we do ?
Are we stupid ?
Firmware ?
Systemboard ?

We had this happen once in an ML370 G4 and it was the systemboard.
