PROBLEMA 3019 SIN ACCESO A ILO, NI BIOS

Buenos dias,

El problema que se presenta es con el 3019 que es corrupto sps y no se puede ingresar al servidr ya que se restauro de fabrica y no cuenta con acceso a Ilo ni ala BIos ya que el servidor se queda en sistema detenido.

Al intentar ingresar a la Bios aparece lo siguiente 

BIOS del sistema HPE ProLiant U32 v1.26 (14/11/2017)

275- Procesador no compatible detectado. Versión del procesador no compatible.

after a factory reset. BIOS access is blocked, and iLO is unavailable due to what appears to be a corrupted SPS

Recommended Actions:

Confirm CPU Compatibility
Update the BIOS Firmware
Out-of-Band Firmware Update via iLO (if accessible)
Use the motherboard jumper to reset system settings and attempt a clean POST.
A corrupted SPS can prevent system initialization and iLO functionality. Reinitializing or recovering the iLO firmware may be required.
