Prolaint dl360p gen8 issue

I have 2 network cards on raiser nc365t they show in ipl and works fine with pxe boot but they have packet lose so I have ordered 2 new same part number but when I put them in server they didn't show up in ipl and boot order but they works fine in os I updated the server with sps to latest version but same issue
Appreciate any help

Hi,

I think the new Network cards have a different FW version or of different Rev, so its not coming up in IPL.

Or this could be the issue as discribed in this document.

Hello, 

 

please check the installed Firmware of Network cards (NC365T) and please update to latest if not on latest version.
Also please update the server BIOS.

Thanks Alot for support ,

issue solved by using intel firmware upgrade tool

to reset network card firmware setting the pxe boot enabled after restart.
