Proliant 380 G5

Got proliant DL 380 g5 most of times it doesnt detect hard drives until you reboot 4th 5th times, now hdd on bay4 is not lighting machine is running latest raid firmware

Check system management homepage, do you see any components with problems?
I had a similar issue due to a CPU problem.
