Server : ProLiant DL360 GEN 10
Ilo is enabled : Yes
I'm coming to you because I have a problem with the firmware.
I tried to update all the firmware but it didn't work as expected.
I downloaded the latest SPP for Gen 10 version 2025.01.00.00, then connected via the ILO launch a console via Java Web Start and inserted the ISO and booted on it.
I chose the option to update automatically and then let it do its job, it restarted well on my server and I wanted to explore the second option (Interactive mode) thinking I'd just check if there were any optional updates I could update, but that wasn't the case, So I went back to the step to abort the operation and now my raid controller is no longer recognized, I can't see the version on the ILO (N/A) and it's impossible to update it.
I've tried to make a bootable key using the USBKEy utility found in the iso to add the controler packages, but when I boot onto my key from the Java console, it tells me that the base line can't be mounted on step 1. In the “Install Sets” tab there was what looks like a version backup for firmware (at least what I think) but despite this, the controller still remains in N/A and I can't boot onto my Windows OS. I've tried to update the bios, rom, ... via the SPP but nothing upgrades. I've also tried to update the firmware via the .fwpkg package from the 'Firmware & OS Software' category, but an error occurs (which I've lost track of).
How can I repair the firmware of the RAID Controller so that I can reboot on my OS ?

Re: ProLiant DL360 GEN10 Controler Raid firmware 'N/A' after update
Greetings!
"Storage Controller N/A Embedded RAID"
The storage controller model is not detected in iLO. What is the model of the storage controller?
Is the controller detected in BIOS?

SolutionIf the controller is not detected in BIOS. reseat the card and verify.
If the issue persists, the case might need to be replaced.
