Hello,
I have a Proliant DL380 G7 that I want to install Microsoft Windows 2008 R2 Ent. with Hyper-V and I need to make sure the hardware assisted virtualization is enabled in the BIOS. is there a document/link on HP site that shows the recommended BIOS settings for virtualization?
Thanks,
D

SolutionHi, why not just boot into BIOS and see if it's enabled or not?
If there is a document it sounds like it would be a whitepaper.
See this page: https://support.hpe.com/connect/s/product?language=en_US&cep=on&kmpmoid=1840669&tab=manualsAndGuides
And at the bottom there is a link to a whitepaper.
See direct link to "Implementing Microsoft Windows Server 2008 Hyper-V ™ on HP ProLiant server" for more information: https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docLocale=en_US&docId=c01516156
