Proliant ML 150 G3 server problem when installing Windows 2008

Hello

I have SBS 2003 server and when I'm installing from the boot D, the Windows SBS 2008 or Windows Server 2008 in the phase of "extracting file" the operation ends with an error after some hours, telling me that it can't extract the files

What do i have to do?
