ProLiant ML350 G6 HP power manager 4.3 service will not start
OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard x64
PSP 8.70.9.0
The HP Power Manager - configuration utility reports:
USB-HID Power Device (Model HP T1000 G3 UPS)
But the HP Power Manager 4.3 service will not start.
Event log reports:
A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the HP Power Manager 4.3 service to connect.
Upon trying to start the service, windows returns:
Windows could not start the HP Power Manager 4.3 service on local computer
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
Has any one seen this issue and a way to resolve?
