prolient ML110 not booting

ML110 server installed windows 2000 server
at the time of booting its showing controler cannel stopped runnning,press any key to continue. error message coming,if pressing any key again server getting restarting. anybody help me.

Hi Abubakkar,
could you give us exact error message?
Do you see this message on or before POST?
or does it come up after windows loading logo?
