Hello, we have a server HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen10 Plus.
Is it possible to provide power to a PCIe netwokr card while the server is powered off? An example would be iLo or OCP card, which shows active ports event if the server is powered down?
Max power consumption for the card is 29W, but it seems that nothing we plug in to the PCIe slots is showing acticity once the server is powered down.
Thanks, any help appreciated

SolutionThank you for reaching out.
No, PCIe slots receive power only once PSU Modules modulate supply and provide current to system board.
Individual parts cannot be powered on.
