PXE boot HPE SPP failed
this is my PXE config,
label 5
MENU LABEL Interactive Firmware Update Version 2023.03.00.00
kernel /spp2023030000/vmlinuz
append initrd=/spp2023030000/initrd.img media=net root=/dev/ram0 hp_fibre showopts TYPE=MANUAL AUTOPOWEROFFONSUCCESS=no iso1=http://x.x.x.x/hpe_spp_iso/P62619_001_gen10spp-2023.03.00.00-SPP2023030000.2023_0323.27.iso iso1mnt=/mnt/bootdevice
I removed the "splash quiet" section so it can verbose a bit more detail, the error is this:
Starting initrd...
Warning!!! Unable to muont the file system
Preboot maintenance mode
/bin/ash: can't access tty; job control turned off
#
Does anyone know how to fix this?
vmlinuz and initrd.img are from SPP iso, so that part should be correct.

Re: PXE boot HPE SPP failed
No sorry it doesn't help, I have some special requirement to use PXE instead of USB or virtual media, how could I fix this issue instead of finding workaround?

Re: PXE boot HPE SPP failed
Hello,
PXE is supported and instructions are in the release notes of SPP.
Read and follow the instructions in the release notes.
If you prefer, consider to use ILO's virtual media with the SPP ISO, mount it and boot from.
Cheers...

Re: PXE boot HPE SPP failed
I did follow the whole release note instruction, but your link also implying license is involved and it's not working because of license? I am confused even more and your comment didn't help to move the whole problem solving forward, so I am not sure what to do.
