Questions about Slot0 entries

Hello, I have a DL380 with the following entry in the Slot0 log:

Fatal [ctrl] PREQ=81b19190 D000 Op=a2 PLErr=02 IopErr=04 S=02

I'm unfamilar with this error- is it pointing to a harddisk error/failure or a controller that is failing?

Re: Questions about Slot0 entries

Greetings!

From the information provided below, it appears to be unclear, although it doesn't seem to be a critical error.

Fatal [ctrl] PREQ=81b19190 D000 Op=a2 PLErr=02 IopErr=04 S=02

The message is pointing on drive "D000." Please review the discovered devices in the slotx report to identify the physical drive to which D000 corresponds.

Ensure that the drive firmware, controller firmware, and driver are updated to the latest revisions.
