RDR 3013 errors
I am experiencing an issue with a Compaq NC3131 NC running driver N100NT.SYS v4.29.01.0011 on a Proliant 5500. The server is running with the latest machine BOOS.
The machine runs fine for differing lengths of time and then will log the following error in the event log.
N1001:Has determined the adaptor is not functioning properly
This is then followed by multiple RDR 3013 errors failing to connect to other servers on the network. When checking the server console, the machine can be logged into locally but can't see any resources on the network. Re booting the machine cures the problem temporal. Service packs have been re applied and the card has been swapped out, although I am going to try this again with another brand new NC. Microsoft still believe it is a hardware issue.
Has anyone else had any similar problems? Any suggestions appreciated.
Cheers - Justin Williams

Re: RDR 3013 errors
run diags on the NIC verify if it is a problem with the NIC . Also try replacing cable , move to another port on hub or replace the NIC .
