Redundant Power Supply
Hi there,
I need to know, if power is provided by both power supplies at the same time, or if only one is responsable while the other is in standby.
As we have different power circuits, this is very important to know.
(affected systems: DL380 G4, ML350 G3, ML530 G3)
Thanks in advance

Re: Redundant Power Supply
Both will be function, they can share load: 1 = ├В┬╜ + ├В┬╜
If one fails second take full load
If one fails second take full load

Re: Redundant Power Supply
Is it then safe to plug the 2 redundant PSU devices in to different sources (i.e. 2 different UPSs or one in to a UPS and one in to mains)?
