Request for advice for Windows Server platforms CLI hardware diagnostic utility

Dear all!

I have a question that I couldn't find the answer to. I am looking for a diagnostic utility for HPE ProLiant DL servers to list the status of hardware (CPU, fans, memory, power supplies) on Windows Servers. I'm looking for a command line utility to query the above states. I have found a hpasmcli utility for Linux systems, but unfortunately I have not found one for Windows Servers.
My goal is to be able to query the hardware state data in CLI:
- CPU
- Memories
- Fans
- Power supplies

What cannot be done and applied in my own system:
- SMTP email protocol
- SNMP protocol
- Agentless Management for SNMP

Could you please advise me where I can find this utility?
