ROMpaq failure recovery?
Performed a ROMpaq upgrade, and everything went normal until the floppy generated a "checksum" error in the middle of the flash. Naturally now I can no longer boot. The manual is good about telling you that a failure in the ROMpaq flash can cause a system to be "unbootable" but gives no clue as to whether or not there is ever a way to recover and re-do the flash. Is there a magic dipswitch somewhere that will take me back to the factory? I've been searching the docs, but can't find any help.
Thanks.

Re: ROMpaq failure recovery?
There is a possibility, remote, that you can recover. After making a note of the current switch settings, put all the switches in SW1 to the ON position, then try the flash again. Do NOT use that same diskette. Create another diskette, format with a /U parameter, then create the diskette and boot up off that. After the update, put the switches back in the original positions.
