Root Disk controller failed

Dear Friends
Following error message appers during the installation of Sco unix on ML-370 series machine.
"No root Disk Contrloer Found"
I have specified the string
defbootstr link="clad" hd=Sdsk wd=(0,0,0)
What could be the problem and correct string.
Please reply.
