Samrt Array P212 unsupported 4TB driver and Update firmware error

Hi everyone！

I have 4x4TB driver on P212 but it unsupport. I try update the firmware using SPP, but always error.

What should I do?

I upgrade the firmware in the WinPE has been successful frome 3.00i to 6.64, and now it can correctly identify the disk. Tanks again!
