SCSI Controller with LSI Symbios 53C896 Driver not found anywhere for Windows NT 4.0

I doing the fresh installation of Windows NT 4.0 to the Compaq Proliant ML350(White color)
Where to get the driver for the SCSI Controller with LSI Symbios 53C896 Driver which the Card is embedded with display & network?

Bios detected Compaq Dual Wide-Ultra2 SCSI controller.

Urgently needed.

Manual install using the driver is not working.After thinking, using the smartstart 4.9 & create new the SPD & erase everything.

Reboot for several times, then is working.
