Server Agent failing

The server agent is failing directly after applying SP5/128bit. I can install and uninstall that agent without issue but it fails upon startup reporting an ID of 7001 to the Event Log.

Did you reinstall our NT 4.0 SSD right after the service pack? This is needed to ensure the proper drivers are installed and the registry is correctly setup.
