Silicon Image ATA Controller

Is this model support PCI Fasttrack ATA Controller from Promise Tech? Or other ATA IDE controller like the one from Silicon Image? Can i added to the board couse it can't detect 20 gb Seagate harddrive (bios only show 8,4). The card manufacturer said the product support PCI 2.1 and 33 mhz so it wont be any problem. I try with Silicon Image card but the Sys Config Util show an error message " Cant detect fixed Disc " and the bios only tell me there is an PCI Mass Storage Controller at Slot 2 without any disk attached to it. The card user guide tell me to put HDD LED cable to jumper 2 but i cant locate the cable because it directly goes inside the power supply. How can the bios wont detect the harddrive? Is that because i cant attached HD LED cable? Should i open the power supply? Thanks
