Smart Storage Batter 1 Failure

Hi everyone,

Recently we've bought 20 HPE DL380 Gen9 and 12 of them showing below error,

HPE Smart Storage Battery 1 Failure - Communication with the battery Failed.
It's output may not be enabled.
Action: Verify battery is properly installed. Refer to user guide. Contact HPE support if condition persists.

 I'd be grateful if anyone could kindly help with this matter.

Hi
You should check what is your firmware version?
I've experienced same issue. I solved this issue updating firmware
(Bios, iLo)

Update ILO to version 2.50, see
