SmartArray Configuration on ESXi

Is it possible to set up an online RAID setup for the DL380 Gen10?
It is running in the following configuration

Server Model:DL380 Gen10
RAID Model:SmartArray P816i-a
OS:VMware ESXi 7.0

Dell has iDRAC and OpenManage to set it up, but
It would be nice to be able to set it up in iLO and OneView.

You can setup the RAID using Intelligent provisioning (either press F10 during boot or use the link within ILO) or use OneView.

I think "HPE SSA CLI" is command line only,

Is there any other way like graphical user interface ?

Intelligent Provision is only the way to configure the raid but for that server needs to shut down.
