SNMP not sending traps

I have 2 DL580 Server running Win2000 advanced server. Both are not sending traps to the SNMP management station. I verified the community string and manager address for my management station. I have a 5500R configured Identically to the 580s and I receive all my traps. On the 580s I've uninstalled and reinstalled the SNMP service, IP protocol, and NIC cards. I've put a sniffer on the wire and don't see any SNMP traffic from the DL580 servers.

Any Ideas would be appreciated
