SPP Gen10 2022.09.01.00 + Patch 2022.09.01.02

Can someone explain why SPP 2022.09.01.00 +  Patch 2022.09.01.02 does not contain the updated ROM Flash Firmware Package  (HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 (U30) Servers)

SPP still "propose" 2.68_07-14-2022 (9 Aug 2022) ... to which at least 2 updates are available : ROM Flash Firmware

Hello, 

This would need to be looked into further from the HPE support end on why the latest BIOS versions are not included in the Patch update. 

Requesting you to please log a case with HPE support team on this. 

Alternatively, you can either add the BIOS versions using the Custom SPP option or update it by downloading the related files separately.

I was just randomly checking the information I found this info regarding the cases. Someone said" these are free cases and not tied to the serial numbers of your product because serial number is confidential information and should not be shared in public forums. Thats why they do not show up in support center also." 

You can try log a support case for further analysis, the support team might help you in fixing the issue.
