The current array controller has a failed logical drive.

after i connected d2600 to the server, i start acu and create array. then i created logical drive raid1+0 with stripe size 128kbit. after creation of logical drive, all physical drives have become failed.
# 274 The current array controller has a bad or missing physical drive attached to Port 1E : Box 1 : Bay 12.
To correct this problem, check the data and power connections to the physical drive.
For more information, run the Array Diagnostics Utility.
and
# 271 The current array controller has a failed logical drive.
Logical drive 1 ( RAID 1+0 in array A) has failed and cannot be used. All data on this logical drive has been lost. Configuration changes to this logical drive are not allowed until this problem is corrected. Also, if your controller supports Expansion, Extension, or Migration, these operations will not be available for any logical drives in the array until the problem is corrected.
Replace any failed physical drives and re-enable the failed logical drive. For more information, run the Array Diagnostics Utility.
I launched ADU. Report attached to this post.
