Thermal Fault, Flexible Smart Array ROC 1 (80h)

I have a G10 DL360 and it has started restarting every 20-30 minutes with the following fault:

Server Critical Fault (Service Information: Thermal Fault, Flexible Smart Array, ROC 1 (80h))ACTION: Gather necessary information and create a support case using Active Health System Viewer (AHSV).
Integrated Management Log Severity:CRITICAL

Any help to try and figure out what the problem is would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Thermal Fault, Flexible Smart Array ROC 1 (80h)

Keep the firmware of the Smart array controller updated to the lates. If the issue still persists then change the Workload profile to Virtualization Max Performance or High Performance and check. If the reboot still occurs with the same error then we would suggest to log a support ticket to get the controller replaced.
