TSSHUTDN Hangs and does not shut down server

Running a scheduled batch file every night to shutdown our Terminal Server. TSSHUTDN disables new loons but the server doesn't rebut. It only happens about 60% of the time. Does anyone have any ideas why this might be happening?

Sounds like you need Microsoft HotFix 829395. Check out this article: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;829395&Product=win2000
