U2 Storage Duel Channel
Drives are the same type and speed.
when I connect to the second channel then it sees the other six drive.
I need to see all 12, What am I doing wrong or not doing?

The U2 is a Dual Bus model , This means that it backplane is split between the two SCSI Buses, As far as I am aware there is no way to address all 12 disks when plugged into just one of the ports.
There was a kit available to convert a dual bus to a single bus unit.304115-B21
