U320 scsi card support for Netware 5.1

Hello,
Does anyone has experience problems with this card + DL380 + NW 5.1 + Arcserve 9?
We can't find an apropriate driver for this adapter. Anyone knows how to get it?
We find one but under Arcserve 9 the card doesn't work (Arcserve does not initialize).

Any help will be welcome. It's a little urgent.
