Upgrade from Nt 4.0 to Win 2000

Has anyone upgraded a DL380 from NT TSE from 4.0 to 2000?
Just trying to gather some information to try and avoid problems.

Here's some specific info from MS about upgrading.

Before upgrading NT 4.0 on any Compaq Proliant model to Windows 2000, you must prepare the NT 4.0 OS for the upgrade. You must remove all Compaq management agents and software that is currently installed onto the system and get the NT 4.0 OS back to a generic Microsoft install.
