upgrade to pentium 4

We need to upgrade to a 1GHZ or better processor and we only have 500MHZ now. What is the best chip we can upgrade to?

Helo Nancy,
On Proliant 800 you can go upto PIII 600 maximum. If you need more information please visit our website or contact Technical Support at 1-800-ok-compaq.
