Upgrading ML150 G3 to SLES 11.1

I've got a ML150 G3 currently running SLES 10.2, it needs to be upgraded to SLES 11.1 for business reasons. Has anyone experience in this upgrade? What are the pitfalls other than it's not officially certified.
