Upgrading to Smart Array 5302
I'am trying to upgrade from Smart Array 3200 to Smart Array 5302.
When I boot the server I get an error message : Inaccessible_Boot_Device. I have followed this procedure (From the manual on page f3) :
Installation of the driver for the Smart Array 5302
Power Off server.
Replace existing Controller with Smart Array 5302 in same slot.
Reboot the server.
I have also tried to have both controllere at the same. Installing the driver for the Smart Array 5302. moving the harddrives from Smart Array 3200 and removing the controller.
I hope there is af solution.
Thank you

Re: Upgrading to Smart Array 5302
The Smart Array 5300 controller uses a different driver. Please refer to the Smart Start DC for the correct driver for you Operating System.
