UPS support

Hi,
I'm running APC Smart 3300 RMI UPS. My Compaq DL360 are plugged into them. I'm going to configure the UPS to shutdown the servers attached to it if there is a power failure. How do I enable the server to boot up once the power is backed up?? Is this done in the Bios settings of the server?
