W2K Server reports wrong Size of Logical Disk
Hello,
we got a Proliant 1500 with a Smart Array Controller. I need this machine for Windows 2000 Server testings. There are 2 SCSI-Drives in a RAID-1
(2x4 Gbytes) for the System-Partition and 3 SCSI-Drives (3x36 Gbytes)
for Data. The Installation of W2K Server is no problem. But W2K diskmanager reports for the second logical drive only 7,98 Gbytes. It should be about 72 Gbytes. Looking with the Compaq Configuration utility on the System Disks, it reports the size as it should be: Drive 1: 4 GByte, Drive 2: 72 GByte. Why does the second drive have the wrong size in Windows 2000 ????
Thanks
Ralf
