Warnings on HP DL 380 G6

Hello,
After installation of Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition, latest drivers, bios... start to get these warnings:

I am now receiving this warning in the system event log after upgrading to the latest firmware and driver for iLO 2 Management. I'm surprised that HP does not have a fix for this yet, or I just haven't found it. I was getting the hpqilo2 errors until I updated. Does anyone have any other options to look at concerning this warning.
