Which SSD is recommended for installing ESXi? RAID?

I have previously installed ESXi on a MicroSD, but I am worried the drive will fail soon after 3 years of use. All the log files having been written to it.

Which SFF SSD does HP recommend for installing ESXi on? Can I use two and configure RAID?

We have an optimized boot device recommended for this exact use case, called the NS204. it's nvme and includes a RAID 1 of boot optimized SSDs
