Check if your ILO version has a file size limit—older versions might need an update first. You can also try uploading via the CLI or splitting the file if possible.

Try compressing the firmware file into a .zip format and upload it again. If that doesn't work, check if there's a file size limit in the ILO settings or try using a different browser. Let me know how it goes!
