Will DL380 G3 3.06GHz run 64 bit W3k2 OS?

I have a DL380 G3 3.06GHz with 2 processors, 6GB of memory. Can this server run Windows 2003 Standard 64bit so I can take advantage of the memory in excess of 4GB?

Stan,

Unfortunately no, as you can see on this matrix http://h71028.www7.hp.com/enterprise/cache/461235-0-0-0-121.html only 32-Bit flavors are supported for W2003.
