windows me

i have a neoserver on a standard 10-baseT home office LAN with cable modem connected to one of the pcs. I recently changed OS on the two pc's to windows ME and can no longer communicate with the neoserver. tried setup again from the CD and get the mssg "the network is not set up properly" - the two PCs can see each other, but not the neoserver. i tried the manual setup in the documentation, same result - cannot communicate with the neoserver. does this unit support winME or are there different settings?
