Windows2000 - Lost Delay Write error

Recieving errors in the event log when writing large file to the EVA. It is a Lost Delay Write error message we are getting when people are trying to write large files to the EVA.
Solution: we get couple of articles from microsoft-which says that this issue can be fixed by applying latest service pack from microsoft. Article no :-Q293842, 252974, 272569.

or check with the event id on the www.eventid.com to get more results.

Same thing is reported earlier also.

Please share mode details about your setup and check for hardware logs on the server. is there anything reported. So we can investigate further.

Thanx Prashant,
We get the same event id 26 and event src. but the operating system affected, as mentioned in the CU advisory, is windows NT.
Is it applicable to windows 2000 server as well?

Can you share more information about the psp installed and installation method used. and the os service pack etc.
