Black squares/blocks lines

Using Proliant ML310 server with Microsoft 2003 server G4 and 10 Thin Clients (T5000).
On all displays periodicaly black squares/blocks and lines.

Any Ideas?

Start with updating the PSP & fimrware on all hardware.
