DL360 Gen9 Bios corrupt issue

Hi while rebooting a DL360 Gen9, Bios getting corrupted and getting below error. Please help to resolve this issue. Thanks for the support!

Hi @sai19,
      Please refer the post. It may help you.  
"This is caused by the ROM using performance counters Linux also wants to use. Linus doesn't like the hardware using any of these counters so he marks it as a bug. It's just a message and doesn't have any impact on the system. or the operation of the OS."

Hi, it's not just about bios corrupt - there is a ketnel panic generated as well. Not able to recover from it.

and also getting this error in IML logs - "Uncorrectable Machine Check Exception (Board 0, Processor 2, APIC ID 0x00000020, Bank 0x00000004, Status 0xBA000000'73000402, Address 0x00000000'00000000, Misc 0x00000000'00000000)"

Dear Sai19

As per HPE Integrated Management Log error messages, this is under the 'Uncorrectable error' event type. it is  proposed solution for CPU replacement.

Also I recommends for set this is BIOS: Advance Power option: set to "HP Static High Performance Mode." Minimum Processor Idle Power State: set to "No C-state". Also update the firmware by SPP. Please complete the activity, if issue persist it may need to replaced CPU.
