Error explorer.exe access violation (0xc0000005) in LH 6000r

All,
I've got error message in Dr Watson Log : Explorer.exe. Access Violation (0xc0000005) address (0x77x417b1).
Is it my memory corrupt or just error in application ? I use NT 4.0 server. This error occurs everytime i open windows explorer.

Please help .....
