HP Netserver LC 2000 hangs unexpectedly

Following seen in the event viewer

System has 512MB RAM

What could be the problem? Any advise..?

Sounds like the memory dimm in the first slot

try and run the diagtools advanced option on the memory to verify from the navigator cd or download it from the hp main site, or replace it move it around to see if it stops erroring
