HPE Passport remote support registration

HPE Passport remote support registration

I need to register my Proliant Gen 10 servers with remote support and it is asking for a HPE Passport account.  I have tried to use my login credentials  that I use to login to the support site and that does not work.  When I try and create an account it takes me to the support site, where I am already logged in with my support credentials?  How do I get registered?
