Installing LP2000r server with NetRaid under SCO Openserver 5.0.2
Hi,
We have two new LP2000r servers with NetRaid and want them to install with sco openserver 5.0.2. On the Netserver Navigator CD isn??t any information about the lp2000r servers and such a diskarray. I start the installation with the sco boot disk and the use of btld link=amird ... After loading boot disk and btld amird driver disk the system hangs on section F of the hardware self test (last line which is displayed is: F dbtrinit)
Is there anyone who can help me on that problem.
thanks in advance

Re: Installing LP2000r server with NetRaid under SCO Openserver 5.0.2
I think we'll start of with.. Are you sure it's an "LP2000r", and not an 'LC2000r' ?
I've used MegaRAID controllers (HP NetRAID) under SCO OpenServer 5.0.5/5.0.6 constantly over the last 3 years and have not had any major problems (give or take the NetRAID 4M).
What version of the driver are you currently using?
I beleive the NetServer Navigator currently only supplies 2.13 on the M04.00 CD (when the latest version is currently 2.14, available from http://megaraid.lsilogic.com/support/dlcenter/Sco_Unix_214.zip).
What other controllers/devices are you currently using in the machine? And can you show the exact boot: string you are supplying to the OS?

One long-haired git at your service...

Re: Installing LP2000r server with NetRaid under SCO Openserver 5.0.2
Hi,
I think for LP2000r with NetRaid-2M the amird Driver must have Version: 2.13-11
We have some LC2000 with NetRaid 1M and this Driver works. The Version 2.10 dosn't work.
