netserver lc3 second processor

i have a netserver lc3 PIII 500MHz

someone is offering to sell me the HP kit for 2nd PIII 500 processor: he describes as having the "processor, heatsink, and VRM".

Are there any other parts I'll need - for example, any other little overpriced plastic supporting parts that aren't included in the kit? or will the be ready to roll (waiting in anticipation)
